Structure Extensions
Sawtooth profile extension to a textile factory in Hammarsdale. Extension was done whilst the existing factory continued to work so no disruption to production.
Structure Renovations
Old structure renovations, painting of steel, new purlins, roof and cladding sheets. Further to this we can also move existing structures to new locations.
Tekla detailing
All structural steel drawings are done on Tekla Detailing package for fabrication and connection accuracy. The package further provides for accurate material lists which make for easier ordering.
About Us
After 20 years in the steel structure business, 5 years doing installations, 15 years in sales and project management our experience puts us in a unique position to provide you with advice from design all the way through to project completion for all your Steel Structure requirements. A further 20 years in the agriculture field furthers this experience.
We have experience in the agriculture, industrial, mining and domestic sectors with a strong emphasis on exports mainly to Zambia. Experience in the managing of 2 shopping centre structures and a 9 story high hotel rounds off the overall experience.
Based in Hilton KZN all our design and detailing work is done in house on the Tekla steel detailing package which enables us to design and provide structural steel drawings as per your requirements. All designs and drawings are engineer approved prior to fabrication’ which takes place in a highly organised workshop with a capacity of over 200 tons/month. All structures come with a primer paint and an enamel finish is strongly advised, especially for export structures. All materials are sourced from approved suppliers and materials are all SABS standards. Installations are done by our owner managed sub-contractor who has 8 years’ experience and site management is done by him or myself.
We do “supply” only structures for clients who wish to do their own installations and all parts are marked as per the assembly drawings and all fixings are supplied in sealed steel boxes for security whilst in transit.
Our emphasis is providing you, the client, with the most cost-effective structure as per your requirements and backing this up with personal (owner)management and support.
